Welcome to LEAD Edu

Shaping Future Leaders
Through Education and Sport

LEAD Edu equips youth with the leadership skills and mindsets to transform themselves, their communities, and the world.

The Challenge

Talent is Equally Distributed,
Opportunity is Not

The pathway to leadership is systematically stacked against young people who are most proximate to our world’s greatest challenges—particularly girls and low-income youth. When adolescents lack access to education, extracurricular activities like sports, and mentorship, they are excluded from the opportunity to practice leadership and unlock their potential. In communities across the world, we see a consistent pattern: while talent and potential are equally distributed, the chance to lead is not.
