The Long Game: 2025–26 LEAD Annual Report

We are proud to share our 2025–26 Annual Report: The Long Game.

Leadership isn’t built in a single moment. It develops over years, through experiences in the classroom, on the pitch, and in the relationships that help young people see what’s possible. At LEAD, we believe lasting change takes time, which is why we’re committed to supporting students throughout their leadership journey.

This year’s report examines what that long-term investment looks like in action. From LEAD MFA celebrating 10 years of developing young leaders in Liberia to students at LEAD Morocco putting their leadership skills into practice through community projects, this report highlights the people, partnerships, and opportunities shaping the LEAD experience.

Inside the 2025–26 Annual Report, you’ll find:

  • A look at 10 years of LEAD MFA, from its start with 27 students to today’s 110+ student body at a residential academy

  • Highlights and impact data from across the LEAD Hubs, including 251 student-athletes impacted and a 100% national exam pass rate

  • Stories of rising leaders, including Safae, Sifeddine, Mavies, and Beauty

  • A spotlight on LEAD MFA alumna Zeta Kromah and how she is creating opportunities for young people in Liberia

  • Highlights from partnerships and events, including LEAD Morocco’s first international tournament at Surf Cup International and LEAD MFA’s Girls’ Leadership Seminar

  • A look at how students at LEAD Morocco are turning leadership development into action through community service projects

  • An update on the LEAD Global Network and where our alumni are now, including the schools and opportunities they’re pursuing

  • A look ahead at how we’re deepening our impact through Sport for Development, community service, and digital literacy

We invite you to explore how sustained investment in young people can shape who they become and what they go on to make possible for others.
