From the very beginning, LEAD has used football as a way to engage students. The game draws students in; it captures their energy, passion, and sense of belonging. But football isn’t the only goal, it’s just one avenue to develop ethical, empathetic, and entrepreneurial leaders. At LEAD, young people discover opportunities that go far beyond the football pitch—whether through reading competitions, entrepreneurship challenges, leadership programs, or international exchanges. Football is the spark, but leadership is our outcome.
